My name is Wendy, owner of Harvest Gathering Farm. www.harvestgatheringfarm.com. I pasture raised animals in orchards and on grass. So I sell grass fed beef, pasture raised chicken, pork, lamb and turkey. I have a lot of fat trim from my grass fed beef so I have been making my own tallow for a long time. So I started making amazing Tallow based products and candles. I have been making candles for over 20 years and used to sell them at craft shows, on ebay and at Farmers Markets.
